1. Parties & Definition Framework
This Master Sale Agreement (the "Agreement") constitutes a legal framework between the independent exhibiting artist (the "Artist") and the hosting platform SeeMe ("SeeMe" or the "Platform"). This draft outlines mutual expectations regarding direct transactions conducted via the SeeMe ecosystem.
2. Listing Guidelines & Authenticity Warranties
The Artist warrants that all listings represent original physical or digital works created entirely by the Artist. Accurate representations of materials, color profiles, size, weight, and condition parameters are mandatory. False or misleading descriptions constitute a violation of platform trust and are subject to immediate take-down.
3. Sales Flow & Payment Escrow
When a buyer commits to purchase via SeeMe's 'Buy Now' action, funds are securely collected and placed in escrow. Funds are disbursed to the Artist's configured payment account following verified delivery confirmation.
4. Packing & Safe Fulfillment Protocols
The Artist is solely responsible for proper crating, wrapping, and secure boxing of original physical artworks. Shipments must utilize tracking, secure signature delivery, and appropriate shipping insurance coverage based on verified transaction values. SeeMe provides standardized guides, but physical execution remains the Artist's core duty.
5. Returns, Damage, & Disputations
Original artwork damaged in transit must be reported immediately with high-resolution photograph logs. Returns or cancellations are handled in accordance with the specified return windows on the listing. Disputed transactions are subject to review by the SeeMe mediation committee.
6. Intellectual Property & Copyright Retention
Unless otherwise documented, the Artist retains full copyright, reproduction, and authorship rights over original physical works sold. Buyers purchase the physical object, not the right to produce or license commercial derivatives, unless specifically granted via separate licensing agreement.
