“I specialize in expansive natural landscapes and emotionally personal portraits. Landscapes are largely constant and unchangeable, while human personalities are dynamic and ever-changing. This sharp contrast between the two main categories of my work informs every aspect of my creativity, and I believe it is what makes my photographs most interesting. The only way to produce exceptional photos is to be in love with what one photographs. Indeed, I am in love with my subjects -- my models, and all the places I visit. This love is the overwhelming factor in everything I create.”
