“My practice has been strongly influenced and inspired by my understanding of South American Cosmology. The cosmological point of view of my South American culture/mythology has strongly influenced my ontological viewpoint. Ontology is the theory of ‘being’, particularly in connection with our environment.
I believe that all life starts as a dot or particle in the universe, a single cell or atom that transforms into ‘Prima Material’, energy and sometimes humanity. The circle, the spiral form organic shapes, nature’s fractal geometry and natural phenomena are part of my ongoing investigation.
The endless cycle, the sacred hoop, the ancient universal symbol of wholeness and unity. Pachamama gave birth to the Mother Moon the goddess of the menstrual circle, fertility and marriage and protector of women.”
