SEE.ME LAUNCHES 2018 EVENT SERIES AT PUBLIC, NEW YORK CITY
New York, New York (Friday, March 9, 2018) — Kicking off Armory Art Week, the ever-growing artist community SeeMe, premiered this year’s exhibition event series in partnership with PUBLIC ARTS. A panel of recognized creative professionals curate each SeeMe show following an extended online competition. The first exhibition of 2018 features Bita Cuartas, Nima Chaichi, Gabriel Guerra Bianchini, Jennifer Orhélys, Jean Toir, and Cristobal Marambio.
SeeMe has connected creators to a global audience, both online and with real-world exhibitions and experiences. SeeMe has exposed thousands of artists to millions of viewers internationally; from Art Basel Miami, to the Louvre and the White House, and with dozens of shows in New York City.
Since 2013, SeeMe has quickly become the destination for artists to establish recognition, connect with enthusiasts and collectors, and develop genuine commercial opportunities. With an audience of more than 1 million supporters spanning over 30 countries today, SeeMe continues to disrupt the traditional agent / gallery model. Through their ongoing series of exhibition events, SeeMe is strengthening direct relationships between artists, gallerists and collectors.
The 2018 event series will continue with a special activation in Times Square, New York City in May – following the online submission of works starting this month.
