"Photography is my true passion. It has become medicinal in a way that I cannot fully explain. Just the act of pushing the button reliefs any negative moods that come my way. I was taught how to "see" and so just viewing the light and how it affects everything around us gives me the inspiration to photograph whether a great piece of art is produced or not."
"Sometimes I will shoot something and then several years later come back and realize there is a theme which needs to be explored further. Even though I use a digital camera, I do not manipulate anything within the photograph that one could not do in normal darkroom experience."
