Kathy Park was born in Seoul, Korea, where she developed a deep love for the arts as a young girl. She was exposed to visual arts and music, and her passion for creativity grew as she got older. When she immigrated to the United States, she brought a rich cultural background and a wealth of experiences to shape her artistic journey for years.

After settling in the States, Kathy pursued her discipline and training in art, studying painting and drawing at Tyler School of the Art, Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. She excelled in her studies, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in 2005.

Kathy's spirituality and her life challenges have greatly influenced her work. Her paintings often appear as a poetic, personal journey, reflecting her efforts to rediscover her identity and find truth as she matures in her journey. Her works showcase her mastery of color, texture, and composition, creating aesthetically pleasing and deeply meaningful pieces.

Although Kathy has worked in various areas of art, such as digital art, book illustrations, and stage props, her primary focus has always been painting. Her works have been included in several group shows and competitions, where they have been highly regarded for their emotional depth and technical skill.

Kathy works as an art instructor at Art Studio Pillar in Corona, CA, where she shares her knowledge and passion for art with others. She continues to work on her art, constantly pushing herself to grow and evolve as an artist. Kathy Park is a talented painter whose work speaks to the power of creativity and the importance of staying true to oneself.
