Art Takes 2021 - Submission Form - 2 Artworks

INSTRUCTIONS

• Use the form at the bottom of this page to submit your artwork to Art Takes 2021.

• Please note that on pages 2 and 3 the “Artwork Title” fields are both mandatory.

  • If you are only submitting one artwork, please fill in the “Artwork Title #2” field with “N/A” or “Not Applicable”.

• Submissions from the following mediums are accepted: Photography, Painting, Sculpture, Drawing, Printmaking, Collage Art, Mixed Media, Digital Art, and Video Art.

  • If your work does not match any of these mediums, there is an “other” option when selecting your medium on the submission form.

• When uploading your artwork, all files must be named in the following format: the artist’s full name followed by the title of the artwork.

  • For example, “Vincent van Gogh, Starry Night”.

• We ask that you upload image files of the highest resolution possible at a maximum file size of 5MB per image (accepted image filetypes are JPG, JPEG, and PNG).

• Video submissions are made by entering direct links to videos in the submission form.

  • Video submissions work best by uploading your files to a platform like Youtube or Vimeo and then copy-pasting the URLs into the submission form.

  • Video files such as MP4, MOV, and AVI are not accepted.

• Save your progress at any point by using the “save” button on the bottom of each page of the form.

• Use the escape key to exit out of “review” mode and submit your response on the final page of the form.

• Once you have submitted your response, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you provided in the form. In the confirmation email, there will be a link to edit your submission.

• All entries must be completed by the submission deadline: February 19th, 2021 at 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time.
