Faouzi Louadah
“My conception of photography is born and evolves around the observation of the subject in its space. My approach tends to freeze places for a precise moment while highlighting the elements that animate them. My photography is a call to travel in a cosmopolitan Mediterranean, to meet architectures with multiple influences. These places are an inexhaustible source of inspiration for the artist that I am. My shots are of a delimited nature, which creates an intimate relationship with my subject. My photographs are then detached from their exhibition space and are transformed into autonomous objects, with their own universe, their subtleties and especially a life of their own.”
