Elene Usdin

Elene Usdin's images are serene, wonderfully shot and startlingly absurd.  Each of these images feels like a frame from a film, one that is just a touch grotesque in its visual poetry.  I particularly love the image of the chairs, the setup and placement seem simple, but the effect leaps from the frame, grabs your attention, and fires the imagination in a way that is both fun and a little uncomfortable.
