Normanos is one of the most powerful Fashion Models and Producers in Greece, specialized in Black & White and Color Fine Art Photography in Portraiture and Fashion working mainly outside the mainstream Industry since 1995, 6 years after his approach of Milanese Modelling scene of 1989. He belongs to the Make-Up Designers of Greece with reputation such as Nars of NARS Cosmetics and TYEN had earned globally. Whereas he didn't study academically Photography till 2014, his Productions based on his own original Concepts earned very early the respect and admiration of people as he literally commanded the Photographers he was hiring to photograph only when Normanos approved the frame and the Models were ready to be appeared perfect. He is notable for his "THE BOMB" Black & White Self-portrait which gave him the international acclaim and huge recognition. He remains the finest Greek Model working for Fine Art. In 2022 he launched his Fine Art and Antiques Gallery located in his own villa in Athens.
In December of 1986, Gerassimos Normanos embarked on a career in Fashion Modeling, eventually steering himself toward a dedicated focus on Fine Art Photo Productions. As a Model, Make-up & Hair Designer, and Producer, his journey, largely outside the mainstream industry, was guided by genuine instincts and a daily devotion to his true self. Far removed from trends, Gerassimos often set trends seasons ahead of the industry's inventions.
It took years of a step-by-step process for him to achieve what ultimately captured the hearts of people. Geniuses are not established in one fell swoop by agents, the system, or lobbies. This trend must eventually cease so that culture and various mediums can influence a country's education and contribute to the improvement of people's quality of life. Portraiture became Gerassimos' orientation, a means to understand the true nature of humanity.
