Jennifer Hannigan-Green, a native of the Midwest, is a figurative abstract painter whose artistic journey has evolved significantly over the years. Initially a landscape painter, she began her career by depicting her walks through nature. Over time, her style became more simplified and expressive, transitioning to reflect her journey through life. Her work conveys deeply personal moments, capturing emotional narratives through the use of color and form. Jennifer’s paintings have been exhibited internationally, from Paris, France, to St. Louis, Missouri, and she has been honored with the American Art Award for two consecutive years.
Beyond her identity as an artist, Jennifer is a daughter, wife, mother, teacher, and even a youth basketball coach. She has a passion for exploring new places, learning, and discovering the beauty of the world around her. Her love for nature, whether listening to waves at the beach or feeling the wind in the forest, profoundly influences her art. These life experiences fuel her creativity, providing a unique voice that allows her to connect with others through her work.
